DealManage ("we", "us", "our") provides an all-in-one business workspace for marketing agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website and application at getdealmanage.com.

By using DealManage, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account information: your name, email address, password and role when you register or accept an invitation to a workspace.

Workspace data: the business information and records you and your team add — leads, clients, deals, proposals, contracts, invoices, payments, expenses, team members, client portal records and messages.

Client portal data: information clients submit through their portal, such as proposal responses, contract signatures and messages.

Communications: messages you send us through the contact form or by email.

Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

To provide, operate and improve the DealManage service.

To authenticate users, enforce workspace roles and permissions, and secure account access.

To send service-related communications such as invitations, verification codes, notifications and billing notices.

To respond to your questions and support requests.

To detect, prevent and address abuse, security issues and violations of our Terms of Service.

Every workspace is isolated: records are scoped to your workspace and enforced with row-level security on our servers, not just in the interface. Agencies cannot access each other's data.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls and server-side authorization for every request. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect to what the service needs.

DealManage's AI features (lead scoring, proposal and contract drafting, analysis and assistants) process the workspace content you choose to send them in order to generate suggestions and drafts.

AI output is always presented for your review — nothing is written to your records automatically without a user action. AI features are included according to your subscription plan and its usage limits.

We do not sell your personal information or your workspace data.

We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate DealManage (for example hosting, email delivery and AI processing providers), under obligations to process it on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property and safety of DealManage, its users and the public.

We retain your workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

You may delete individual records at any time from within the app. Agency owners may request full account and workspace deletion by contacting us; we will remove the associated data, including client portal records, subject to legal retention requirements.

You can access, correct or export your workspace data from within the application.

You can manage notification preferences, change your password, and cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

If you have questions or requests about your data, contact us and we will respond promptly.

DealManage is a business product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date, and where appropriate we will notify users directly.
