Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DealManage website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use DealManage. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

Each agency gets its own isolated workspace. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account and your team members' accounts.

You may invite team members and assign roles within the limits of your subscription plan. You are responsible for the actions of the people you invite.

DealManage is offered on monthly subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Business) with defined limits for users, records and AI usage. Plan limits are enforced server-side.

Billing is activated separately after signup: subscriptions start once your plan request is approved and payment is arranged. Prices are displayed in your chosen currency; subscription records are maintained in USD.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable unless required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: accessing other workspaces' data; probing or attacking the platform's security; reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization; uploading unlawful, infringing or malicious content; using the Service to send spam; or exceeding the usage limits of your plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that create risk for other users or the platform.

You retain all rights to the content and records you store in DealManage. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service on your behalf.

You are responsible for the content you store and share through the Service, including content shared with your clients through proposals, contracts and the client portal.

AI features draft, score and suggest content based on your workspace context. AI output may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is used or sent.

AI availability and usage are subject to your plan's limits. We may adjust models and capabilities as the platform evolves.

Proposals, contracts and portal invitations may be shared through secure links. Links carry access to the specific record only; keep them confidential and share them only with the intended recipient. You can expire or resend invitations from the app.

We work to keep DealManage available and reliable, but the Service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment. Upon expiry or cancellation, data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy and may be permanently removed thereafter.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealManage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
